Winter Visitor (6 months)

$1250 – 1350 + Metered Electric (.15 kwh)
Paid in full OR a deposit of $375 and four (4) monthly payments of $218.75 to $243.75 (depends on site rented) due the 1st of Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb.
(Water, Sewer, on-site storage for one extra vehicle.)

No more than 2 dogs per campsite

All reservations based upon 2 person occupancy

Additional charge of $2 per day per extra person

A deposit is required on all reservations

Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded EXCEPT the months of January and February
